Portfolio

Over the past five years, I have had the privilege of managing dynamic teams responsible for our internal technical and style resources. These resources were meticulously tailored to cater to a diverse audience, including customer service representatives, end-users, global partners, and internal advanced escalation and troubleshooting teams.

A key aspect of my role in these projects involved not only overseeing the creation and maintenance of these resources but actively engaging with them to collect user data and feedback. This invaluable input, coupled with my team's efforts, became instrumental in driving continuous improvements.

My approach extended beyond traditional management responsibilities, as I actively contributed to enhancing the user interface and experience of these resources. Simultaneously, I spearheaded initiatives to expand and refine the content within these platforms. Recognizing the importance of staying current, I took the initiative to make strategic changes and updates to the sites, ensuring they remained effective and aligned with evolving needs. This comprehensive strategy allowed me to integrate user insights directly into our resource development process, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
